Sustainable Transport for Tourism Wales

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the Draft Report, as follows:

1) Correct organisation name to Tourism Partnership North Wales from North Wales Tourism Partnership.
2) Target Outputs: Add references to Sustainable Tourism & Transport access, train and bus routes details to attractions, activities and events in all generic tourism brochures, leaflets, websites.
3) Support for improved links with the international airports serving North Wales i.e. Manchester Airport, Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
Support for Halton link rail development so as to maximise ease of international visits using public transport.
Support of, refer to working with Taith/ NWEF.
Refer to supporting cross boundary working especially with Cheshire and Warrington Tourist Board.
Refer to the opportunity of online booking of events, attractions and activity visits. Developing on line ambassadors for public transport usage through recommendations. Look for new residents and visitors public transport, Coach between Holyhead, with pick up pints at hubs on the A55 to Chester Park and Ride, Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Manchester Airports.
